This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use applies to our official website www.robs.org and our ROBS Mobile App (MyROBS) powered by Finalsite. By accessing or using the MyROBS mobile app, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Student Privacy

ROBS is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families.

• Public Pages: We do not post the full names of students on public pages of our website or app. Images of students may be used publicly; however, enrolled students and alumni under the age of 18 are never identified by full name in these images.

• Password-Protected Pages: Within secure, password-protected areas, students may be identified by full name and may appear in images where they are identified by name.

• Consent: Participation in school activities may involve use of a student’s image for educational or promotional purposes as outlined in our handbook and consent forms.

2. Online Giving & Other Transactions

We are committed to the privacy of all donors and users conducting transactions through our Services.

• Information Collected: Name, contact details, and credit card billing information.

• Security: All payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect against theft or interception.

• Usage: Credit card details are used solely to process the transaction and fulfill the donor’s or purchaser’s request. This information is not stored after completion of the transaction.

3. Log Files

Like most websites, our Services collect log file information automatically, which may include:
