Mission and Priorities

Our mission and strategic plan are much more than just words on a page. They act as our roadmap, put in place by the School’s Board of Trustees. Our leaders use them every day to consider options and make decisions: How should our students spend their time during the school day? What curriculum should we adopt? What is the best way to use our financial resources?

Buying more land, creating state-of-the-art spaces for learning, continuously enriching our curriculum, and shaping an inclusive community—all these priorities come straight out of our 2013 strategic plan. These are lofty goals. They require time, treasure, and perseverance. But at ROBS, when we make plans, we achieve them.
Both of our children have made friends at school of so many different backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions. They learn every day that all of God's children are wonderfully made!
