How to Apply

  • 1. Complete the online application.

    Applications, along with a $100 application fee, are due by November 5, 2020. 

    Once an application is submitted, an Admission Checklist will be established for your child in your website account.
  • 2. Attend an informational admission event.

    Please join us for an informational admission event to learn more about ROBS. New applicant parents are required to attend ONE informational event as part of the application process. Please go to our “Schedule a Visit Page” for a list of upcoming events.
  • 3. Register for an applicant assessment.

    Each applicant is required to take part in an applicant assessment.  You can find more details regarding the assessment and register through your child's online admission checklist. A $50 assessment fee is required.
  • 4. Submit a Parent Questionnaire.

    Use the Parent Questionnaire form in your child's website admission checklist to provide us information about your child and your family.
  • 5. Request a Teacher Recommendation.

    Download a Teacher Recommendation form from the admission checklist and send it to your child’s current teacher for them to complete. Completed forms are due to the Admission Office by December 1, 2020.
  • 6. Attend a parent interview.

    After attending an informational admission event and applying, new applicant parents are invited to attend a parent interview.  Parents can schedule the interview by following the link located in your child’s admission checklist.  Interviews take place between September and December.
  • Approximately 18 students are admitted in Readiness.
  • Students applying for the 2021-22 Readiness class must be three years old by September 1, 2021 and must not turn four before June 1, 2021. Students must be toilet trained before the first day of school.

  • Admission decisions are made on the basis of the applicant assessment, teacher recommendations, and the parent questionnaire.
