  • 1. Complete the online application.

    Applications, along with a $100 application fee, are due by November 1, 2019. To be considered as a legacy, an application from a student who is a sibling of an existing or former student or the child of a ROBS alum is due by November 1, 2019.

    Once an application is submitted, an Admission Checklist will be established for your child in your website account.
  • 2. Attend a tour or open house.

    All parents are required to attend a tour or open house. Use the Schedule a Visit online form, or call the Admission Office at 713.623.6938 to register. (Parents only, please, due to space constraints.)

  • 3. Register for group testing.

    Each applicant is required to attend a one-hour classroom experience where skills are assessed in a small group setting. Group testing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and registration is due no later than November 1, 2019. Testing spaces fill quickly, so please register early to reserve your child’s space at the testingUse the “Register for Group Testing” form in your child's admission checklist to register. A $50 group testing registration fee is required. Group testing for Prekindergarten will occur on November 16, 2019.
  • 4. Submit a Parent Questionnaire.

    Use the online Parent Questionnaire form in your child's admission checklist to provide us information about your child and your family.
  • 5. Request a Teacher Recommendation Form

    Download a Teacher Recommendation form from the admission checklist and send it to your child’s current teacher. Have the teacher return the completed form to the Admission Office by December 1, 2019.
  • Students applying for the 2020-21 Prekindergarten class must be four years old by September 1, 2020 and must not turn five before June 1, 2020.
  • 6 students are typically admitted in Prekindergarten.

  • You may submit an application now for your child's entry in fall 2020-21. If you are interested in applying for 2021-22 or later, please submit the Future Application Inquiry.  
  • Admission decisions are made on the basis of group testing, teacher recommendations, and the parent questionnaire.
