How to Apply

The application for the 2027-28 school year is due by December 1, 2026. While you have until the deadline to submit the application, we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later so you can begin working on other steps in the admission process. All remaining documents will be due January 15, 2027. Please reference the Admission Checklist for additional information.

Families new to ROBS are required to attend an admission event to learn more about ROBS. Please visit the Schedule a Visit page in August 2026 for event dates and registration information.

Depending on the grade you are applying to, interviews may be scheduled with the parent(s), the student, or both. Once your application has been processed, you will be able to schedule your interview through your child’s online checklist. We look forward to getting to know you and your family during this conversation.

Your child's current teacher must complete a recommendation form as part of the application process due by January 15, 2027. We strongly encourage you to wait until after Thanksgiving to request the Teacher Recommendation Form. This will allow the teacher to better know your child before completing the form. If your child is not currently enrolled in a school, please let us know and we will waive the requirement.

Applicant visits for Readiness through grade 8 are held in late fall and early winter.
